It's Recipe Thursday!

I am going to try to post a new recipe every Thursday.

Interstate 45 cake

Preheat oven to 325
9 x 13 Glass cake pan, buttered or greased

1 box yellow cake mix (I use the Pillsbury)
1 stick of butter - melted
1 egg

Mix together (it is dry, so you do end up kneding it)

Layer this evenly on the bottom

1 package of Cream Cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup of Powdered Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

Pour on top of the 1st layer.
Bake for 45 minutes
Sprinkle Powdered Sugar on top.

Let cool before cutting.
